First Garden Cities Homes under the brand ICENI-LGC makes sure this website contains content that is correct, complete and up to date, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all content on this website.
Images
The images (including artists’ impressions, computer generated images, maps and virtual tours) on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Some of our images show items of furniture or fittings or other elements of specification which are not included in the sale of property, or which may be included only as part of an optional upgrade pack. These images are designed to give you an indication of how our property might be furnished and do not form part of any contract. Please consult with your legal advisor as to what is and is not included in any proposed contract of sale.
Prices
The prices displayed on our website are not final prices and only indicate how much we believe a property may cost at the time. We have the right to change these prices at any time. The prices on our website do not necessarily mean that similar properties within the same development have sold at the same price.
Floor plans
The sizes and layouts of kitchens, furniture, wardrobes and floorplans are only for guidance purposes. They are not to be used for carpet sizes, or to measure how much space you will need for an appliance or an item of furniture. We use the RICS code to measure gross internal areas. All measurements and areas may be up to 5% different to the actual measurements and areas. Windows can be arranged differently for different apartments within a block. Please speak to your sales executive for details.
The floor plan layout displayed in any virtual tour is not representative of the actual floor plans, it will be based on a show home or sample apartment. Please refer to the floor plans listed with each plot or contact your sales executive for further details.
Maps
Maps on our website which show where our developments are located show approximate geographical locations and are not to be taken as official maps. Written statements on our website which describe the location of our developments may not be exact locations of apartments, highways, transport links or other geographical features. Maps are not to scale.
The descriptions on our website about roads, public transport routes, distances and connection times are based on information from timetables which are available to the public. Journey times may not be exact, may not include the amount of time needed for walking between public transport stations and do not include any extra time your journey will take if there are delays or issues with public transport or if there are changes to the services after the date we publish this information.
